It is a lengthy process. Background check, testing and a drug test. Interview was a group process. Initial test was so hard, I nearly was in tears. Driving on a course pretending to pick up and deliver mail out of the passenger side window while straddling the hump in the middle of your car seats! Totally illegal to actually drive the way they want you to drive out there delivering mail.
