I applied through LinkedIn. A recruiter contacted me via email stating that they would like to have a phone interview with me. Once I had a phone interview, I was later contacted by the same recruiter saying they would like me to have an in-person interview with someone from HR and the CEO. Once the in-person interview was over, I received a call from HR later that day with a job offer.
Great! Smooth process. The recruiter was also really nice and approachable. It helped ease the anxiety you feel prior to job interviews. The time difference between the interview, the deliberation, and the job offer was pretty quick too.

Mostly questions regarding my alignment with the role.
Nice and simple, They make me feel comfortable and also ask very easy question to break an ice.
It was a nice experience however did not joined because of salary expectation, They were not giving the salary which I expected.
