Phone interview with recruiter, who was extremely nice. Didn't seem to be much of an interview at all rather than a brief walk through of my resume followed by a description of the role and the two week training process. I was turned off by the low salary and the the process it would take to actually start "working"

consisted of 3 phone interviews and 1 with a local newspaper manager who I wouldn't report to. They also made me take 1 hour psych exam which was tough!
