Applied online. A couple of days later, I got an email from HR asking me to fill out a questionnaire (link to a one drive file was sent). I click the link and see that another candidate has filled it out. I send a note to HR about getting an incorrect link. HR sends another. This one has info from a different candidate. The questionnaire was basic info that you’d get during a phone screen (Shy should we hire you? Why Gannett? Salary expectations? Etc.) I’ve never come across an HR department that was THAT lazy. Also, I wasn’t too impressed with their ability to protect the confidentiality of their candidates. I mean I know the names of 2 of them along with what they currently get paid. No thanks. Didn’t bother responding.
