Almost immediately after I applied the recruiter emailed me and set up a phone interview. We had a great phone interview, lasted nearly two hours. She told me she thought I'd be a great fit for the job and she hoped to get right back in touch with me to set up an interview. A week passed with no contact, so I reached out and she responded with "Good news, we are bringing you in for an interview!" She set me up for my interview, send me great interview tips and tons of information on the company. I studied every inch of this companies website and read articles so I was prepared. I was so excited for the opportunity and the interview. Once I got there and met with only one manager, the only questions she asked me where to tell her about myself, then my salary requirements (which she said where perfect) and when I could start. The interview was only 30 minutes and she talked 90% of the interview. I really feel as if I wasn't given the opportunity to sell myself. I was advised I'd hear back within two weeks. It's been one month of radio silence. I attempted to follow up with the hiring manager and the recruiter with no response what so ever. Not even a rejection letter.
