Super simple and stress free they make the interview extremely easy all the questions pertain to the job not random questions that have nothing to do with what you are interviewing for very informative about the job and company and come as you are just be presentable I can in cowboy boots jeans and a nice shirt and that’s all that’s as needed and got the job very excited to start

Do you handle being outside in the heat well
Are you ok with working by yourself with little to no supervision
Can you stay on your feet from 8-12hrs a day
Are you ok with overtime during the dig season (summer)
Was very quick and easy . Did a self record video then was offered the position. Didn’t really get to speak to anyone until the called and offered me the position

Question 1
What is the reason I was interested in the position
It was very minimal. I did a video interview for questions and received an offer. I start next week! The rest of the onboarding process was all of electronic for background and drug screen which was nice!
