I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UST in Jan 2014
Interview
The hiring and interview process was smooth and was really quick because it was an immediate opening. Rounds included HR, Technical and Communication. The questions were basically average, however tech rounds were a little more challenging.

ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT (3 mins)
Managed multiple test environments: DEV, QA, UAT, PRE-PROD, and PROD mirror.
Coordinated with DevOps to ensure correct build deployment and environment readiness.
Validated DB connections, middleware (MQ, APIs), and external interfaces before each cycle.
Used CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to integrate builds with automation suites.
It started with Screening Round and after that they scheduled a Client Round. Post which Managerial Discussion happened and after that HR Discussion happened. Finally they released offer with less CTC and promised me that before one week of joining they will revise my CTC and as agreed they revised CTC.
