In the realm of job interviews, my experience was nothing short of standard and seamlessly executed. The interviewer, with a demeanor as warm as the morning sun, guided the conversation towards a deep exploration of my communication prowess and overall abilities. Their friendly approach lent a comfortable air to the proceedings, allowing me to showcase my skills and experiences with confidence. Throughout the encounter, there was a palpable emphasis on assessing how effectively I could articulate my thoughts and ideas, as well as my capacity to tackle the responsibilities of the position at hand. Overall, it was an experience that exuded professionalism while also fostering an environment conducive to open dialogue and mutual understanding.
I had a very frustrating experience with the recruiter. He called me on a Saturday, but I missed his call. I promptly returned his email within 2 hours, but didn't receive a response. I followed up on Monday, and he mentioned he'd call the next day. However, he didn't follow through. I reached out a couple of days later, and he immediately replied, promising to call the next day — but once again, no call came through. It was disappointing to experience such unprofessional behavior, which creates a bad impression about the company that allows this kind of behavior.
Terrible. You first apply and then wait for months. After multiple follow-ups, you get a response if lucky, asking for more details. You share the details and voila you either be ghosted or maybe lucky to get a call. Suggestion for candidates: Referrals are considered faster. If you are very keen on getting an interview that helps. PS: They are extremely slow. Please don't waste your precious time expecting a response any soon from them.
