They had informed in email that selection process consists of 3 rounds and if selected, immediate joining is required. I cleared all the 3 rounds. But after the process, they are saying that we have to undergo another technical evaluation after 2 or 3 months for which they have prescribed a curriculum. The syllabus of the curriculum is too tough for personal study and they have directed to undergo a course at a private institute paying Rs.60000. No other company does this. All reputed companies hire freshers and even provide them training free of cost. And here, we are directed to pay for getting the job which is not even an affordable amount.

Interview
So it was my first interview during my third year of college and i was really nervous. It was campus visit and many other colleges participated out of which 2 from our college got selected. The interviewer was cool. There were 4 rounds. First was basic written IQ which i cleared, then it was GD ( Group Discussion). That too cleared, After than next round was 1 on 1 with interviewer and next was HR round to discuss salary.
It was one day process and i got offer letter the very next day but joining date was after a year.

Question 1
He asked me firstly about rotation of a fan :)
Then he asked me to explain them about RDMS and SDLC ( not theory)
Furthermore, he asked me about my subjects and if i know any coding languages.
Later he appreciated me for Group discussion i had earlier.
And that was it. :)

Interview
Very bad experience with Interview process and HR. They called for face to face interview on saturday and then after waiting 2 hours, HR told you will be getting a call on your phone . I do not understand then why they waste others time. After 2 rounds of interview on same day, HR told to leave for the day and we will call for client interaction on weekdays. and then no response from HR and they dont even pick calls.
