Interview
I had a very disappointing experience with recruitment process.
Exactly 2 days before the interview, a Talent Acquisition person called me and asked whether I was available to attend the interview on Saturday. After the screening round, I received a mail asking me to submit my details, and I submitted everything immediately.
At that time, I was in my native place, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. With hope and passion to get this opportunity, I travelled more than 500+ KM from Kurnool to Bangalore one day before the interview. I also booked a PG room for Friday and Saturday and cancelled my personal work just to attend this interview sincerely.
But on Friday evening, after I had already travelled and spent money, I received a message saying:
“Sorry, the client did not shortlist your profile, so there is no interview.”
This was extremely painful for me. My time, travel, and money were wasted. I come from a very poor family, and the ₹3000 spent for this trip was from my parents’ hard-earned money. When I told my mother what happened, she cried a lot. Honestly, I cried too.
I fully understand that companies have the right to shortlist candidates, but informing a candidate only after they travel such a long distance is very unfair and emotionally stressful.
I hope companies handle interview coordination more responsibly in the future, especially for candidates who travel from far places with dreams and hope for a better career.

Interview
very nice AND HELPFUL. THREE ROUND ALL WERE INTERVIEW ROUNDS.An interview is essentially a structured conversation where one participant asks questions, and the other provides answers.[1] In common parlance, the word "interview" refers to a one-on-one conversation between an interviewer and an interviewee. The interviewer asks questions to which the interviewee responds, usually providing information. That information may be used or provided to other audiences immediately or later.
