It was a pretty standard process. I responded to a posting. I met the requirements for the job. US Cellular called me for a phone interview. It went pretty well. They called me in a few days to set up an in-person interview.

Great company, very professional. Throws some tough but important questions your way. Be prepared to talk about your systems experience. Give examples of how your past projects can relate to the position you are applying for with examples.

Interview
2,Telephone interviews one with a recruiter. One with the team of BAs senior and junior. There were tons of questions during the second interview. They had questions on theory, software development process. Skill set. Technique agile or waterfall. Scrum master questions. They were detailed oriented into what I was walking in to.
1 onsite interview with 2 BAs and a manager. They were looking for someone skilled in the profession. Someone that would fit well with the team. But not show independence or any type of leadership skills. They were looking for a worker not a self starter.
Offer extended within 24 hours of the onsite interview.
