I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UW Health (Madison, WI) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was fine, but as a nurse resident, it's kind of frustrating how you can only interview with one unit. It's like they try to pipeline new graduates into certain positions.

Interview
Do not even bother applying to this program if you are from an out-of-state school. I had all the qualifications possible and graduated from a top 5 program in the country and couldn't get an in-person interview. Found out I got denied LESS THAN A WEEK before the in-person interviews were held. Followed up with recruiters as to why I wasn't considered and how I could improve on the application process, and have not gotten a single response.

Interview
I was interviewed for a position in UWHealth's Nurse Residency Program and had a positive experience. You start off in one room with other interviewees and nurse managers for the unit you're being considered for come in and walk you to their unit, give you a tour and proceed with the interview.
