Very unprofessional and dishonest.
Was scheduled for a 30-minute initial phone screen - interviewer hopped on call late and somehow made it my fault. He was rushing, was very clearly not interested in the call, had a very rude tone, and did not carry a professional decorum - his notification sounds would go off and he would audibly interrupt himself saying "...WHAT IS GOING ON?! WHY ARE PEOPLE BLOWING ME UP RIGHT NOW?!" He rushed the entire screen and did not extend it despite being late.
2nd round was a zoom video call with the hiring manager. This call was smooth - asked about basic behavioral questions, how I worked, how my work translates to Uber Eats' business model, etc. Hiring Manager had a friendly tone, but dishonest - he told me he would have the initial snooty phone screener give me the updates and feedback within 2-3 days. It's been over a month and they would not return my calls, emails, text. They just flat out ghosted me.
Overall a very disappointing interview process - I was very excited for it especially with how much I use their business on a personal level. But I guess it's a bullet dodged anyway considering how they don't follow through with what they say and that they don't respect your time.
