they are looking for SQL proficient user. there will be a sql test after phone call, get ready for that. Even the position titled GIS Analyst, they didn't ask anything related GIS, this is surprised to me.

Interview
Was emailed by a recruiter after submitting resume online. We set up a phone screening call, we spoke about the position and my experience for about 30 minutes at which time she told me there would be a SQL exercise they would like me to complete with a 2 hour time limit. We set up a time to do the test (at my home, a time of my choice). The test was just beyond my skill level however the test trumped any other quality they had been looking for, or I just didn't have any others that were good enough.
