I applied through a Referral. I was contacted shortly afterwards by a Recruiter and scheduled a brief phone interview. Phone interview was a casual 30 minutes short-answer session. Questions like why Uber, why do you want to change your job etc. Short case question at the end: How would you prioritize between different cities Uber considers launching in? What data would you require and how would you assess which market to enter? The next step was an online 2-hour Analytics test. The test was difficult but there are Study guides online and I recommend buying one of them and preparing for it. 1 night of preparation is enough. Then I had a video-call with the Line Manager. Half an hour on my CV, experiences and general questions. Then we started the case interview part. Unfortunately, I got caught off-guard with an online advertising case (I knew nothing about it back then) and I failed to impress. The interview went downhill from there. Couple of brief brainteasers at the end - don't remember the specific question but it was a track/velocity question. I was not contacted again after the last interview.
