I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Uber in Sep 2016
Interview
The whole process was quite lengthy; I spent about 7 hours at Uber. There is certainly an established system of hiring, where the interviewee has to go between taking tests on a computer and being personally evaluated by different handlers. Despite the long wait, you at least know by the time you have left the office where you stand as a candidate, as they will have offered you the job or not, by the end of the whole process.

Question 1
I was asked to role play and handle a customer complaint; the interviewer was the customer.
After assessment, initial interview mostly about professional or job experience. They will also discuss compensation and benefits. Tnext is panel interview, situational and behavioral. Other candidates were a lot better than me when it comes to skills, credentials, educafion and experience. Im reallt grateful I was able to pass the screening. Only the two from our group were selected. I think it is not just about how good you are, they are very critical about work ethics and positive attitude.
