I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Uber (Tokyo) in Sep 2016
Interview
Spoke to HR based in SG and was asked to build a business case. Wrote the presentation over the weekend and sent it off on Monday. Complete radio silence afterwards. Felt like my time was wasted without so much as an explanation. The very least they could've done was to explain if it was the business proposal that did not meet their bar, if it was a culture fit issue, or if I didn't meet their requirements (last of which would not make sense, seeing as they have reviewed my resume and decided to get in touch, and even proceeded to ask for a business proposal)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uber in Nov 2016
Interview
First step was an application online, up to 500 characters max per answer. Then I was required to fill out a analytics test for 2 hours, followed by a phone interview and a creative test.
