In technical round question asked were basic in nature, he wanted to check my communication and thinking skills

It was a new experience coming from a small organization, but the staff and hiring associate helped me prepare every step of the way. It was highly organized throughout the multi-interview process - I spoke with 5 people across 6 different 30-45 minute interview slots and also completed a home exercise
