Interview
The interview process is quite poorly planned. They keep shortlisting new candidates unless they roll out an offer. What this translates to is that they may have a few candidates in the final round while they shortlist you now for first round. They will then send you a case study, expecting you to work on it for 20 hours but once you send it over, they say that they rolled out an offer for that role to someone else.

Company is fantastic but interview process is not matured. It is haphazard and everyone has a set of responses to compare your response from rather than looking at personal capability of the candidate.

Interview
Need to go through analytic test and creative exercise before you start meeting the team. I had total 3 rounds of face to face meeting and I prepared all my ideas for sharing with the team. Most of them like my ideas but at the end, in addition to sending me a standard email saying that they will move on with another candidate, I ask recruiter for feedback. To my surprise, the remark is "we are not sure if you are sincere about the opportunity in Uber".
I also feel that I was not respected because they were all late to the meeting by 10-20 mins. There were 2 meetings I purposely schedule it to 9am or 9.30am to observe whether the people there are on time to work. The office is really quite empty at 9am but people start streaming in half way during my interview at 10am.
