Phone screen (~30 min) with HR representative (focused on resume, why Uber, and experience in M&A), followed by case study including a modeling exercise (24 hours to complete), and virtual on-site with 3 team members focused on fit and behavioral

Round 1 is with a HR manager and Round 2 is with the manager for the role. Quick 30 minute call, all behaviorally focused and indexed towards previous transaction experience
Phone Screen - Pretty behavioral focused interview, provided lots of information on the team, structure, and the process moving forward. Very HR / logistics focused (asked salary expectation, notice period, garden leave, etc etc)
