Recruiter screen and moved to next round. Zoom with hiring manager and it was the most awkward and excruciating 30 mins. She was late, distracted the entire and appeared nervous. She didn’t know any of the interview questions ahead of time and barely knew the answers for the questions I asked. Based on this interaction, this is not a place I’d want to work.

Applied and was set up for a phone screen within 2 weeks. After this initial phone screen, I was given a creative exercise that focused on the B2B side of Uber's business.
I was asked to create an executive presentation based on the prompts within the exercise. I was then scheduled for a the face-to-face interview with several members of the team.
During the interview I answered questions about my previous experience and I also spent a majority of time going over my presentation and answering various questions about my approach and strategies presented.
This presentation was also used as a prompt to ask questions about how I would handle other real-world challenges and to also discuss challenges I faced in previous roles and what I had done to overcome those challenges.
