I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Uber (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2014

Easy as pie. I applied online via their website and in a couple of weeks I was notified that I was able to become a driver. All I had to do at that point was to go down to the HQ in SF and show that my car was in good standing as well as insurance. They then gave me a phone to use to hail clients and I was off and running. Super easy to manage. A lot of people were in the office at the same time as me, but they get you through the process very quickly. You're no good to them unless you're out on the road making fairs so they do what they can to get you driving as much as you can stomach.
was pretty straightforward. Provided documentation and that was the brunt of it I think unless more is planning to come at some point doen the line. over all it was a pleasant experience and i'm looking forward to driving around
Asked me questions about my vehicle such as for information regarding the year, make, and model, as well as asking for information on my address, my name, whether I’m a student, etc.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Uber
