The interview was very friendly. Questions to check English proficiency, with analogies, comprehensions, e-mail writing were checked for.
Clearing this round, led to face to face interview or online, with situation response questions to check for presence of mind, and ease in Communication

Interview
Divided in many steps like a test followed by 2 face to face interviews. Usually there is a lot of candidates, but they usually only approve irish or english native speaker, despite of the experience.
The process was pretty easy. I got through multiple stages before I was rejected. The first stage was an automated questionnaire process.
A few weeks later I had an over the phone interview.
