Uber Senior Manager - Strategy & Operations interview questions

Overall it was a smooth experience. The recruitment process consisted of four stages: 1) Recruiter screening call 2) Behavioral interview (included a small problem to solve on the spot) 3) Case study 1hr interview (preparation of 2 days, prepare 45 min presentation deck + 15 min QnA) 4) Negotiation of the salary and other terms with HR

1. Initial online test (pretty easy) 2. Short HR interview over phone (very easy also) 3. One hour chat with the hiring manager (largely behavioural, don't have a crap internet connection, know a bit about what their area of the company does ideally - e.g. if UberEats look at articles) 4. Panel interview of a takehome test (pretty difficult, be prepared for questions, make it look professional)
