Uline IT Project Manager interview questions

I would describe the interview as generic. All candidates are required to fill out aptitude tests prior to meeting with someone. I then met with an IT recruiter who asked a number of fairly generic questions. We also discussed my background in Supply Chain and Warehousing. She gave me some background on large projects that were in process at the time. Overall I had a sense that the interviewer was not interested. Perhaps trolling for talent.

I was scheduled for my first phone screen with the ULine E-Com Director (hiring manager) on Wednesday. I waited for that call but there was apparently a mistake in communication between HR and the Director so I never received a call. I was eventually rescheduled for Friday. On Friday, waiting for a call; and waiting; and waiting. The director was a no show AGAIN as he apparently went home! Sounds like they have some serious issues with their meeting scheduling system and communication. A week later I finally met with the E-Com Director. He was arrogant and non-apologetic for blowing me off TWICE. Would I want to work for this company? Absolutely not! DECLINED!!!
