I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Coppell, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
applied online, got a call the next day for an interview with the HR head. I got to the facility there was about 40 people there for the one job. Had to take 2 tests before the interview, the tests were like number matching and pattern solving. They were timed, you got 3 mins for each. the interview lady was 100% rude she was clearly trying to scare you out of it. if you answered a question and she was not 100% sure you were telling the truth she would ask 3 other questions trying to dig deeper. interview took about 45 mins.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Uline (Lacey, WA) in May 2026
Interview
Got my first interview out of the way, expecting a notification for my second interview and hoping to get hired and start work, definitely in love with the facility and feels like there are great opportunities. Interviewer was super nice and actually took her time to talk to me and give me insight on the role and process.
