      Senior Operations Analyst Interview

      Feb 4, 2012
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Uline in Nov 2011

      Interview

Went into interview after taking online IQ test and personality tests. Once there they sit you in a room and give you another test of number sequencing. After the test there was some basic HR questions that didn't really seem to get any info of who, what and why I was there. The review process is your test performance and your resume after that you would meet with the hiring manager and that's where they would get to know who you are. Good luck!

      Easy interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Uline

      Interview

Applied online, had a quick phone interview. Invited to come in to interview. Before the interview took two short tests then had a sit down interview with an HR rep. Was not asked back. The other descriptions are completely accurate. They will call anyone back if they apply. More than likely you will be invited to come in for an interview even if you do not qualify. Please keep in mind no matter how well you think the process is going or how well the interview went, you probably will not advance forward. It is a revolving door of interviews over there. Makes sense for ULINE to interview hundreds, but is a big waste of time for applications and gives them false hope.

      Senior Operations Analyst Interview

      Apr 6, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Auburn, WA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Auburn, WA) in Mar 2016

      Interview

The process was as follows: 1.) brief discussion with local HR about the role on the phone. I had some concerns the salary and benefits package would not meet my needs. The HR person confirmed they could meet my needs. 2.) The HR person sent you 4 tests to complete. Writing/ personality/sales/etc. Took about 2 hours all together to complete before you come in. 3.) Fill out complete application before coming in. 4.) Once you come in and meet the HR person in person they ask you to do 2 additional tests. 2-4 minutes test around math and ability to look at details quickly. 5.) After that the HR person interviews you with basic behavioral and situational questions. 6.) If you pass all of these, the local HR person pushes your application to "corporate". 7.) Corporate then reviews and either sends you a letter saying no or asks you to come in again to meet additional leaders. In my case I got a letter from "corporate" saying thanks but no. I asked local HR to explain further and no response was given. Local HR says once it goes to corporate and they respond she has no sight to why or further information. I found this concerning since "corporate" was not involved in any aspect of the interview process, so clearly they base everything off of the tests taken?? This was an extreme waste of time, and this is a warning to anyone considering dropping off a resume to ULINE, be ready for a ridiculous process with no answer if they decide not to pursue you even after you dedicate many hours to the process to learn more about them.

      Interview

had to complete four different assessment prior to the interview. Had to two more assessment at the interview. Overall, very standard/easy HR screening process/interview. Seems like they are interviewing a lot of candidates, if not everyone who applied.
