Applied online, got a phone call same day to schedule an interview. Before the interview there were 4 assessments which took about 2 hours. Once at the interview there were two more assessments done in the waiting room. Standard interview. Afterwards was asked if I had time to do 3 Microsoft Office assessments. Was told I would find out in a few days if I would get another on-site interview with multiple interviews but did not get selected.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Uline in Dec 2014
Interview
Two phone interviews, one video conference interview, and one on site interview. Through the process had extensive useless tests on MS office suite, sales techniques, general cognitive skills. (8hrs testing in total). The interview process is a very poor reflection on the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Was heavily pressed several times to explain reasons for changing jobs over a 15 year career. Everyone I spoke with asked this question.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2014
Interview
Phone interview. They give you a call at your convenient time. Make sure you're in a quiet place. Mostly behavioral questions. The recruiter does not start of greeting you too well but don't let that turn you down. At the end its a phone interview so good luck!
