I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Edmonton, AB) in Nov 2018
Interview
10 people come in at the same time for what I will call a speed interview. You get a numbers test and wait to be called for an individual 10 mins face to face. Very weird feeling. And the position is still advertised 3 months later. Don't waste your time.
Quick and thorough, went unprepared, so I would recommend people to practice their interviewing skills prior. Answers should be detailed, and cover why your experience presents you as the best candidate. There was also an assessment to see how quickly you could look over work.
Very professional positive experience. Multiple online tests and assessments required prior to interview(s). After first interview, called back in one week for second interview. It's been two weeks since second interview and have yet to hear back either way.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uline in Jun 2021
Interview
Took a 2 tests and waited to speak to the interviewer. He asked a bunch of questions but didn’t seem interested. Did this interview 3 times. Not sure why they keep calling me back if they waste time.
