First they have you print out all their paperwork and fill it out pre-interview. This paperwork includes written skills and a business knowledge test. When you arrive they take your paperwork right away then have you take 2 more tests. After these tests you receive your interview. The interviewers are not the decision makers and the interview clearly reflects this. They are brief and prescripted. They like to have plenty of people on file to call if they lose an employee hence the constant interviews. Kind of a let down in that regard....but who knows they may call later when they have a real opening.
