Was asked to complete several tests, including a personality test and a writing test, before coming in for an interview. On-site interview started with more tests, followed by a 5-minute interview with HR, who had a prepared list of questions and was not able to answer any questions about the job or understand how my experience fit the job requirements.
Smooth process and very clear in what is expected. Communication was timely and professional throughout. Each stage was well organized, with relevant questions and transparency about next steps, making the overall experience efficient, straightforward, and respectful of my time.
Multi-step and very thorough process across the board. Numerous assessments and rounds of interviews to ensure fit in the company culture, the team, the department, and for the role itself
Phone call with recruiter. In person interview with the team - 3 rounds with two people each time, this all happened in one visit. Was very conversational, no technical questions.
