Went through 2 interviews and it eventually did not lead anywhere. I had a great time and thought I had left a good impression. Yet a week later I received an email stating that they were looking for others.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2021
Interview
Very time consuming and tiring process.
You have to complete 4 assessments (takes more than 2 hours) even before you go to an interview.
And on the actual interview you still have to complete another test prior to talking to the person.
The interviewer asked me what is my proficiency in Photoshop, HTML, CSS, Java Script from 1 to 10?
I will never understand how can you rate yourself in something, maybe what you know is already enough for the position, but you might think its not and you give yourself 5 or 6 when actually it might be 10 for them or vice versa.

Question 1
What is your proficiency in Photoshop from 1 to 10?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Jul 2014
Interview
Very thorough and intensive. Involved several visits over a month's time. Environment and people were professional and nice. The testing that they provide are implemented to all types of positions. The only issue I had was after all this they send a generic email in regards to their decision.
