I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Uline (Milton, ON) in Sep 2021
Interview
I was referred to the Credit Analyst position by a friend who works in credit just like myself. Phone interview began with the HR representative asking if I had a higher secondary education which was unprofessional as the resume had already been submitted and according to Uline they go across every resume in detail before contacting the candidate.
Interview setup at Milton in a warehouse. Initial 2 assessments from Hays which I heard was common irrespective of the job role one applied to. This was immediately followed by a face to face interview in a loud environment with warehouse staff working and other candidates interviewing side by side. Clearly stated by the interviewer that they are seeking someone who can work sans a promotion for years on being a smaller firm.
I had read the other reviews online and hence wasn't surprised by how messy the whole process was.
Read the online website and company take on work from home policies and the way they handled Covid-19 concerns before you even bother to continue.
Overall didn't get a positive feeling from the interview process from start to end.
The Interview process was fairly simple. This was the first interview (waiting for a response for next steps). I was first interviewed by the recruiter who asked basic questions and went over my resume. Asked where I see myself in the future, my current studies, and my previous work experience. I was then told to take a brief assesment which took about 20 mins. In the assesment there were three parts. The first was a simple visual test with numbers where i had to determine if the order of two sets of numbers were the same. I then had to determine the numbers that proceed a sequence. Last was a written test where I had to summarize a paragraph about the company in bullet points. Overall was pretty easy. I'm waiting for an email regarding next steps. Wish me the best and I hope this helped!!!
I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in May 2026
Interview
series of assessments before your interview. The interview itself is very straightforward. I don't have much experience (1-2 years) but they extended an offer because they liked my personality. It is a very traditional an conservative company and they will profile you pretty rigorously.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline
Interview
I was approached online by a recruiter who after interviewing me said I’d be a good fit so I drove out to there company in Pleasant Prairie. It was not a diverse place, any way the interview was fairy simple and the answers were very straight forward as was the little test they had you take
