What qualities do you withhold that is comparative to Uline's corporate culture?

Interview
Did one on campus interview. Was a very simple case question with walk through of the resume. Next was visiting Uline Campus. Got a tour of the building and spoke with three managers. No Behavioral based questions; the managers were pressed for time because the event was not well organized.
