Was contacted by recruiter, then was set up for an interview. I received “assessments” to take which are a waste of time. They are impersonal and do not convey if an individual is able to do the job. I spoke with a recruiter a few days later. Standardized questioning. The interview was scheduled late in the day and the interviewer seemed very disinterested. I began to feel that the position may not be for me since it seemed so impersonal!
A few days later I received the “thanks nut no thanks letter”
Terrible interview process, lack of communication. Not surprising these roles are constantly posted every couple months. The turnover must be crazy in all markets as the same rules are recycled.

Initially contacted by an external recruiter. Very little details known. Referred to internal recruiter. Lengthy application/assessment process. Interviewer was great, but zero response from there even though I was told I would hear either way.
