The initial interview with the Recruiter went well and they seem very interested. They always have some version of this position open yet seem to reject candidates for no reason. The Recruiters will ghost you and you will get an automated email rejection overnight. Don't bother to apply if you are over 50 years old. Also, their testing process is antiquated, aren't always job relevant, and may not hold up if legally challenged.

The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.

Very lengthy, back to back interviews, was there for 3 hours. They were very nice however I didn’t expect to be there as long as I was. There were 4 interviews I had to do.
