Took two assessments with a group of about 20/25 people. Pull everybody for interview with other associates and never hear back. Ask simple questions but you can tell your with an employee they just ask to help them out because it’s so many people at once
they asked me about my experience with lifting, packing, and working quickly while staying safe. They also wanted to know if I could follow instructions, work with a team, and handle long hours on my feet.

Very smooth. You don't have to wait too long. The questions are about job n they really listen. They do move quickly trying to interview everyone. They respect your time to come interview

Easy and approachable. Overall not difficult and I was able to ask questions about company culture and was satisfied by the answers provided. Would recommend to ask questions at this stage
