There is no phone interview. Once you apply if they like what they see they will call you to confirm an appointment for an interview. At this point it really means nothing, be prepared then for a stack (yes a stack) of paperwork to fill out and a very third world process.
Paperwork required previous to your interview:
1) An employment application which asks every bit of information you could imagine about anyone you previously worked for.
2) A consent form for a drug test SHOULD YOU PASS the interview portion first. You do not have to take a drug test at, during, or after this first or initial interview.
3) A corporate form from another company where they will complete a full background check. Now I doubt they do the check unless you are seriously considered but it asks about all or any convictions you may have had and any of your past addresses that you have or currently reside at.
4) Some pre-inquiry information release form (for a credit check or something).
5) A standard map for getting to the location and where to park.
Testing:
1) You have to take a "jung" personality test online and copy and paste the results into a word document, rename it, and email it back.
2) You have to take a sales success profile, which is another test that you can do at your leisure, but then you must email your results in an excel file back to the company.
3) Writing style test. You receive a paragraph about the company and you have to sum it into some main points. You are provided with an example on how to do this. When complete, save your results in word and email back.
4) Now you have to do some "DiSC" profile online. Its more or less another personality test. Again, email the company when you have completed this.
When you arrive: First, make sure that you are dressed in the MOST appropriate attire you have. Shirt tucked in, ties are required for men, skirts must be knee length or longer and tights must be worn. No open toed shoes either. Its a very strict environment there and they will judge you based upon your clothing.
----- Interview Day -------
Before you even get to interview a different HR lady will be there to give you TWO 4 minute tests. One is a number sequencing test. Example: 1234 -- 1243 Are these sets of numbers the same? Yes or No? The answer here is no. There are 200 sets of numbers ranging from 3 - 6 digits. Answer as many of them correctly as possible within the 4minutes. The two sets of numbers must be exactly the same.
Test 2 on Interview Day, another 4 minute test. This one has only 30 questions but is a different format of sequencing or number pattern testing. 11 22 33 44 __ What will the next two numbers be? Obviously 55. Believe me this is not as easy as it seems.
When you have completed both tests you then will sit with an HR Rep and do a 1 on 1 interview. They are very particular so watch your manners and know why you want to work for the company. But if you are already aware on this site, do not ask about their management style because they lady got defensive on me and said that its not MicroManaging there....which I told her I saw on this site.
You hear back within 2 business days AFTER the interview. Good luck.
