Interview
Entire process was done completely online. Applied on website and submitted resume. Was then invited to completed a series of plyometric games/tests to gain an idea of your thought processes/personality. Then was invited to complete an automated video interview that gave different scenarios and asked how you would handle them. Lastly, was extended invitation to their Discovery Center day that consisted of an on-site interview and several activities with other candidates.

Difficult in terms of what to expect but went well in terms of how it went around the topics regarding certain brands and relevant topics around such topics. This meant undergoing different strategies to prepare.

They give you questions to answer, and you are given around 3.5 minutes to figure out a response. Afterwards, they give you a case study of sorts where you explain how you would go about conveying this information to someone else.
