Unilever really make sure to get to know all of your analytical, problem solving skills and at the same time observes how you work under pressure, how organised you are and makes it very intense with short period of time you have for preparation.

I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Ankara) in Dec 2022
Interview
I applied for the UFLD in Marketing. The first step was the application with the CV, then I was immediately asked to complete the online games. I found them very interesting: - 1st one: just choose between two images, the ones that were a better fit for your personality. - 2nd one: maths reasoning Regarding the second one, to give you some context, I arrivede at level 32/34 for both the two tasks. I passed the games and I was invited for the online interview which was more complicated compared to the others that i did online. The questions were 3 or 4, the last one was a case study (they gave me a pdf) and I had to prepare a marketing strategy. Overall, all the questions were based on a differen scenario with lot of questions, where you had 2 minutes to prepare. It was hard but I kinda enjoyed it. Now I am still waiting for a feedbacj from the interviews, I did them two weeks ago now.
