Interview
Multiple interview process. First interview is a panel one with the local team, then one on one with the Managing Director. The last interview is a phone interview with regional recruiters. Process takes about a month.

Interview
Process was straightforward but easily dragged on for a couple of months. Starts off with a quick eligibility check for your application, followed by game assessments and a automated video interview.
The video interview was easily the hardest part, each question gives you a set amount of time to think about it, before it automatically starts recording you. There are no do overs. The final question in particular gave me 10 minutes to plan my response and I think 5 minutes to present.

The interview process consisted of the online application, followed by psychometric tests, then video interview via online hiring software, business case study, and then followed by interviews with hiring manager and directors.
