I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Viladecáns) in Sep 2017
Interview
The video interview took me out of my comfort zone. It was challenging but also exciting. The rest of the process was quite natural and friendly, so I could show how am I professionally and personally.

Question 1
They asked me about my favourite Unilever brand. This was something I didn't expect.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Unilever in Feb 2025
Interview
The process took very long and I could not hear back from the company after the 3rd interview. They got back to me after 3 months. The way they handled it is not acceptable and I am glad I do not work there. I would not want to work for a company like this!

Question 1
How do you balance qualitative and quantitative insights?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Unilever (Rotterdam) in Aug 2022
Interview
The manager asked me to write a job description for this role based on my experience, which they published internally and externally and I had to apply to. They then invited me to an interview, where we just discussed business as usual like in our weekly catch up, it was not an interview at all. At the end of the 30 minutes, the manager wrote to HR to offer me the job. This is very common practise in Unilever, and why it's often useless to apply to vacancies you see on the internal or external job site.

Question 1
There were literally no questions, I was given the job after a fake process.
