You need to submit your resumes to the HR in charge. Next, they will call you via phone for the interview. Then, they will interview you with a set of questions. Once they like you and you are fit, they will hire you on the spot and call you afterwards for confirmation. otherwise, they will call you if you got the job

It was structured like an exam. I was asked questions about how I would handle various situations so as to gauge how much of a workplace fit I am. I also had to complete mathmatical problems.

Interview
I only participated in the final round interview day, which included a group case exercise. The recruiters were nice but overall I did not enjoy the interview process. The group case was uncomfortable and competitive. After the group case, there were individual "behavioral" interviews with regional sales managers, but in my experience, this interview was also very technical. I was asked only a handful of questions about myself.
The interview was via teams, very easygoing, some questions about me and my path and then questions about the companhia in specific and the position I was joining but I always felt confortable
