2 rounds of interviews, feels quite informal. they are looking for people who are passionate, curious and forward thinking. the hiring process was slightly longer as it requires two or three layers of approval.

Phone Call. Introductory Interview. Recruiter contacted on linkedin. Sent my resume and followed by a 20 min phone call. It was introductory, explained the role - learned about my career - experience and asked for salary expectations.

The interview had three steps in total. Everything was clear from beginning to end. The interviewers seemed to have done a lot of research about the interviewee and asked insightful questions

My position is quite different from the normal process, so I only had 1 round of interviews with the VP, then submit the home test for the business to make a decision on which Category is more suitable for me to join
