I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unilever (Durban) in May 2023
Interview
Fair and welcoming. There were psychometric tests and two rounds of interviews. You just tell them about yourself and your experiences and why your values align with the company’s values
SuperDay. Was 3 interviews with a group case study. Case study isn't hard if you have a good group. Try to take initiative. The three interviews felt repetitive. They were reading off a script.
the interviewers are very nice and chill, the interviewers were very attentive, and questions asked were more situational and behavorial. I ended up getting rejected for the role, due to lack of experience

Question 1
What is the product of unilever that you like and hate the most and why?
It is very smooth and friendly vibe. All your common marketing interview questions like what is your most liked campaign and why, what is your belief and at the end "do you consider yourself as a lucky person?"
