Firstly I applied online, then I had some online tests. After passing them, I had a phone interview which was mainly competency based. The final interview was an assessment center with the following activities: 1. Business Case Study on a ficitious energy company. (20 minutes + 20 minutes of questions) 2. 5 minutes Self-presentation (I prepared it begore the interview) on my experiences and drives + 5 minutes of questions. 3. Competency Based Interview (in total around 1h, maybe more, It was very long). 4. Role play to see how we deal with typical (although unusual) business situations. Ended up with Lunch and greetings.
