Initial recruiter screen (video). Afterward they jumped directly into an on-campus panel discussion with 5 people, one of which was the hiring manager whom I met for the first time. Questions were fairly standard. "tell me about a time when..." or "how would you approach the following..." none were surprising our out of place. All panelist were engaging and professional. The only oddity was an initial meeting with the hiring manager should have occurred before hand. After getting more detail post the event, I had the strong suspicion another candidate was ahead of me and had already been selected. My walkthrough was to validate the pick, hence the odd schedule.
