I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Unisys (Bengaluru) in May 2012
Interview
Onsite interview - two parts - about what you do; your experience and situation based. this was later followed up by 1:1 interview with Bangalore hiring manager and later HR manager. The whole process was completed in a weeks time. I went through employee referral. The technical part in the onsite telephonic round was mostly with the technology that you had mentioned in the CV and the challenges you have faced and how they were overcomed
Other Systems Analyst Interview Reviews for Unisys
I attended the interview process for a Systems Analyst role which included a technical assessment on-site. The overall interview experience itself was professional, and the technical test was clear.
However, I felt the communication during the post-interview stage could be improved. After completing the assessment, there was a long waiting period of nearly three weeks without any update. I followed up with the HR, but did not receive a direct response regarding the status.
Eventually, the rejection was received through the candidate portal rather than via a direct communication, which felt a bit impersonal given the effort invested in the process.
I understand recruitment can take time, but more timely updates and clearer communication would improve the overall candidate experience.
