Quite smooth I would say compared to other industries. HR co-ordination was best. Although it took around 2 weeks to complete the whole process but over all I am satisfied.

It was the first-round on-campus interview after the job fair. I got their call several afters after the job fair. The interview questions are mainly behavior questions, very specific. They pay more attention on the programming languages and I think that C is the most important.
