On the spot job offer hiring event:
1. Checked in w/ HR (bring a resume, multiple if not using resume paper, just in case it rips or wrinkles)
2. Brief presentation with approx 20 candidates.
3. 7 interviewers calling names for a 30 minute one-on-one. They are reading for a panel with a list of questions. The STAR method is required/highly preferred. (Situation, Task, Action & Result)
4. If hired, proceed to next room to complete background test (have your employer address, ph# and dates worked)
5. Complete fingerprints (bring two forms of identification)
6. Complete mouth swab drug test ( takes approximately 30 minutes all together)
7. Check out w/ HR
Started at 9am and was done by 2pm

If you are from out of state, you must pay for your own airfare. I’ve met 4 candidates that were from different states interviewing for this major hub.
